Congratulations to 2016 Rock Bridge High graduate Giovanni Bartolacci who just won 1st place in the USA Skills competition in Culinary Arts. After studying under Brook Harlan at the Columbia Area Career Center, Giovanni now heads to a full-ride four-year scholarship to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
