It's very comfortable. You like the candles over there? Very nice. And I thought that'd be the right thing to do because we're talking about a new restroom in Columbia, Missouri. How about that? It's called the Portland Loo because the council, the city council, asked the city staff to please look into the idea of this. Now this beautiful bathroom would be downtown, probably at Flat Branch Park, and it's really a heck of a deal on this thing. $350,000 cost for us to put it in. How many people does it take care of? One at a time. It's a single pisser. So that's cool. Oh, oh, and it's also only open for six months out of the year. $50,000 and that has nothing to do with the required daily, weekly, and monthly upkeep and costs that'll be involved.
